Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.

What is Jesus saying there? Is it not impossible for a camel to go through something so small as the eye of a needle?

The needle's eye, or the eye of the needle, was a small gate at the entrance of Jerusalem and other cities. In order for a camel to get through it, it had to get down on it's knees because it was so tall and the eye of the needle was so short.
